SkillsRequired: Strategic Planning:Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve growth targets, expand clients, and increase revenue within the healthcare sector. Lead Generation:Identify and pursue new business opportunities by targeting healthcare providers, including hospitals, clinics, and specialty care centers. Client Acquisition:Lead efforts to acquire new clients and secure contracts through presentations, proposals, and negotiations. Develop and execute strategies to secure new business and expand existing accounts, including creating and delivering presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations. Should have market knowledge on VMS & vendor panel onboarding. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers in the healthcare industry to drive long-term partnerships and client satisfaction. Market Analysis:Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. Utilize this information to inform strategic decisions and adjust business development strategies. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of business development professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations to ensure high levels of productivity and effectiveness. EmailStrategy:Use social media to develop and implement effective business development plans and campaigns tailored to the healthcare sector. Reporting: Monitor and report on business development metrics, including lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth. Provide regular updates and insights to senior management. Contract Negotiation:Oversee the negotiation and closing of contracts with healthcare clients, ensuring alignment with company objectives and compliance requirements. Should have knowledge on JCC, TJC etc. Collaboration:Work closely with internal teams, including product development, customer service, and compliance, to ensure client needs are met and service delivery exceeds expectations.
