Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the sales process, from lead generation and prospecting to closing deals and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of real estate sales agents, providing guidance, training, and support to help them achieve their goals. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our client base. Oversee the entire sales process, including lead generation, prospecting, client meetings, property tours, negotiation, and closing deals. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including buyers, sellers, investors, and other stakeholders. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management to track sales performance and provide insights for decision-making. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field 2 to 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry, with a proven track record of success. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in sales management software and CRM systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
