Job Description

As a Business Development Representative at HOBIT, you will play a key role in driving our growth by setting sales goals, developing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with potential and existing customers. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, questions, and complaints, ensuring a positive customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:


Convert potential leads provided by the company into business opportunities

Meet and exceed assigned sales targets consistently

Drive efforts to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals

Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships

Promote and push product/service sales across multiple channels

Maintain consistent efforts to push sales and maximize revenue

Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective sales strategies


Qualifications


Sales, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management skills

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Ability to meet and exceed sales targets

Experience in the fitness or wellness industry is a plus

Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office suite

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
