Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive whose primary responsibility will be to bring in new clients for our IT services, website development, and digital marketing solutions. This role will combine work-from-home flexibility with on-field client meetings to close high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively generate leads and identify potential clients through online research, networking, and referrals.
  • Approach, pitch, and convince businesses to partner with us for IT, website development, and digital marketing projects.
  • Schedule and attend online & in-person meetings to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate terms, finalize agreements, and close deals to achieve monthly targets.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales, business development, or client acquisition (IT/Digital Marketing industry preferred).
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Comfortable with both remote work and local travel for meetings.
  • Basic knowledge of IT services, websites, and digital marketing trends.

Location: Remote + Local On-Field Visits

Compensation: Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives (Performance-Based)
