Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive consultative skincare sales via calls, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.
- Engage and convert leads by understanding their skincare needs.
- Recommend personalized skincare solutions using Avataar products.
- Maintain accurate sales data in CRM tools (LeadSquared).
- Achieve monthly sales targets and build strong customer relationships.
Eligibility:
Graduate in any stream (Freshers welcome).
Age: Up to 28 years.
Strong communication skills in English & Hindi.
Passion for sales and interest in skincare/beauty industry.
