We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our solar energy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth for residential, commercial, and industrial solar projects. This role requires a proactive approach to market research, lead generation, and project coordination to achieve business objectives.

  • Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the solar energy market.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, industry events, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth:

  • Present and promote solar energy solutions to prospective clients.
  • Develop customized proposals and quotations based on client requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Market Research & Strategy:

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine business strategies.
  • Provide feedback to the management team to improve products, services, and marketing efforts.
  • Client Relationship Management:

  • Maintain regular communication with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and explore upselling opportunities.
  • Address client queries, concerns, and coordinate with technical teams for smooth project execution.
  • Coordination & Reporting:

  • Collaborate with technical, design, and installation teams for project planning.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecasts for management review.
