  1. Plan A: Partnership Model

    - 150-200 leads per month

    - Earn 75% of course fees for the first 10 courses and 50% for lifetime

    - No targets, flexible time

  2. Plan B: Fixed Salary + Incentives

    - ?15,000 - ?18,000 per month (plus incentives against targets)

    - Sell our stock market courses and earn 50% of each sale as incentive

    - Work from home, flexible timing

  3. Plan C: Fixed Salary

    - ?20,000 - ?22,000 per month

    - Data entry and Demat opening tasks

    - Work from home
