Job Description
- Identify and engage with textile commission agencies and agents to promote Smart Agent SaaS solution
- Conduct product demonstrations showcasing commission management, billing, and reporting features
Job Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, field visits, and digital outreach
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions using Smart Agent's features
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for new customer acquisition
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify upselling opportunities
- Collaborate with technical team to address client queries and feedback
- Prepare sales reports and maintain CRM data regularly
- Participate in industry events and trade shows to generate leads
Requirements:
- 0-3 years of experience in B2B sales (freshers with strong communication skills welcome)
- Knowledge of textile industry or commission agency business is an advantage
- Comfortable with technology and ability to demonstrate SaaS products
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (regional language is a plus)
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory for client meetings
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office
- Own two-wheeler preferred for local travel
