Job Description
- Handle IndiaMART leads and respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Call, follow-up, and convert IndiaMART & other B2B leads into orders
- Manage product listings, inquiries, and responses on IndiaMART dashboard
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing B2B customers
- Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, dispatch, and order fulfillment
- Maintain and update lead tracker and sales reports
- Achieve monthly targets and submit reports to management
- Attend walk-in clients and handle in-house sales inquiries
