Business Development Executive BDE Lynx Hair Skin Clinic

Lynx Hair Skin Clinic seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. As a BDR, you will play a crucial role in the top of our sales funnel by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. You will be responsible for researching prospects, initiating contact, and generating qualified leads for our sales team.

• Key Responsibilities: Prospecting: Research and identify potential clients through various channels, including LinkedIn, company websites, and industry directories.
• Outreach: Conduct outbound communications (emails, calls, social media) to engage with prospects and introduce our products/services.
• Qualification: Vet and qualify leads based on set criteria to ensure they are a good fit for our offerings.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute lead generation strategies.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all outreach activities and lead statuses in our CRM system.
• Qualifications: Proven experience in a sales or lead generation role is a plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills.
• Self-starter with a strong desire to learn and succeed.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools is a bonus.
