Job Description
Market Research &Lead Generation:Identifying and evaluating potential sales leads through market research,networking,online research,and outbound campaigns(phone calls, emails)
Relationship Building:Master the Art of Relationship Building with prospective and existing clients, parents
Sales &Strategy Development:Developing and executing effective sales strategy and plans to achive revenue targets and expand the company's market presence
Negotiation & Closing Deals:Manage complex sales cycles,Negotiate contracts and service agreements.Develop long-term client relationship strategies,Resolve complex business challenges,Strong ability to close complex business deals.
Collaboration & Alignment:Working closely with internal team like marketing and sales. development to align business development goals with company strategy.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:Track key performance indicators, monitoring prigress against targets, prepare regular reports,analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities.
Account Management:Develop strategic account expansion plans,Monitor and enhance client satisfaction,Track account performancemetrics,Implement retention strategies,Provide ongoing business support.
