Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to lead our expansion efforts and enhance our market presence in the overseas education sector. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of international education markets, strong networking skills, and a proven track record in business development or sales. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the international education domain. Build and maintain relationships with recruitment partners. Promote the consultancys services to prospective students, institutions, and recruitment partners. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and potential partners. Plan and execute strategic initiatives to drive growth and student enrollment. Organize and participate in education fairs, seminars, webinars, and promotional events. Collaborate with counseling, marketing, and admissions teams to streamline client acquisition and service delivery. Track performance metrics, prepare reports, and present business development updates to senior management. Requirements: Bachelors or Masters degree (preferred fields: Business, Marketing, International Relations, or Education). Proven experience (1+ years) in business development or sales, preferably in the overseas education industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong organizational and leadership abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, if required. Familiarity with global education systems (e.g. UK, Canada & USA) is a plus. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of visa processes and admission procedures for major study-abroad destinations. 2. Multilingual abilities are an added advantage.
