We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business development Executive to drive growth and revenue for our real estate business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of generating new business opportunities in the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities using social medial platform.
- Manage and lead the inside sales team.
- Set and achieve sales targets.
- Support team in closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property developers, investors, brokers, and corporate clients.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new avenues for growth.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the customer base.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking events to generate leads.
- Negotiate and close high-value deals and partnerships.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
