The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of generating new business opportunities in the real estate sector.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities using social medial platform.
  • Manage and lead the inside sales team.
  • Set and achieve sales targets.
  • Support team in closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property developers, investors, brokers, and corporate clients.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new avenues for growth.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the customer base.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking events to generate leads.
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals and partnerships.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
