Job Overview: AlphaBI is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with 2-5 years of experience in selling software development and mobile app development services. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving the companys growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships, and converting leads into long-term clients. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities in the software development and mobile app development sectors through networking, cold calling, and market research. Client Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their business needs and propose tailored solutions. Sales Strategy: Execute sales strategies to achieve business targets, including revenue growth, new client acquisition, and project conversion. Proposal Management: Collaborate with technical teams to prepare and present compelling project proposals and negotiate contracts with clients. Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine business development strategies and identify emerging opportunities. Pipeline Management: Maintain and update the CRM with accurate information regarding leads, opportunities, and client interactions. Qualifications & Skills: Experience: 2-5 years of proven experience in business development, particularly in selling software development and mobile app development services.
