Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT and software development markets. Generate leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their staffing and software development needs. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Understand clients business needs and present tailored solutions that align with their goals. Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
