As a Sales and Lead Generation professional, your primary responsibility will be to identify and target potential clients within the designated region. You will actively prospect new customers and manage a pipeline of opportunities to drive business growth. Your role will involve meeting with clients in person to present products, negotiate terms, and ensure customer satisfaction. To excel in this role, it is essential to maintain in-depth knowledge of the products or services offered and effectively communicate their value to clients. You will be expected to achieve and exceed sales quotas and objectives set by the Sales Manager through proactive sales strategies and customer engagement. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients is crucial to encourage repeat business and foster customer loyalty. Staying informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and potential new opportunities will be key to staying ahead in the industry. You will be required to maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and sales forecasts through CRM systems. Collaboration with the marketing team and other departments will be necessary to align on product campaigns, promotions, and customer feedback for overall business success. The ideal candidate for this position will have proven experience in sales, preferably in field sales or a related field.
