Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with a strong ability to persuade and negotiate. As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for calling on data to identify potential clients, convincing them about our products/services, and handling client relationships for ongoing work. Additionally, you will be responsible for recording and managing client data, as well as reporting to the manager for assigned tasks.     


Responsibilities and Duties

Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities in the market.

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

Create and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.

Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly.

Track sales performance metrics and generate reports for management review.

Manage and maintain a pipeline of potential business leads.

Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote the company.
