Role Overview:

As a Business Development Associate / Admissions Counselor, you will play a vital role in driving student enrollments

and shaping their academic journey by offering expert guidance on our legal education programs.


Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with inbound leads via calls and follow-ups to identify potential students

- Counsel prospective learners on course offerings and admission procedures

- Assist students in making informed decisions about their legal career path

- Maintain accurate records and reports of daily calls and conversions

- Work collaboratively with the team to meet weekly/monthly targets

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication

- Participate in training and development sessions to stay updated on offerings


Who You Are?:

- A confident communicator with excellent spoken and written English

Job Description: Business Development Associate / Admissions Counselor

- At least 2 years of experience in sales, academic counseling, or a similar role

- A graduate from any discipline

- Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently in a remote setup

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Location: Remote (Based out of Mumbai)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: Rs. 25,000/month + Incentives

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
