Department BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT Job posted on May 13, 2024 Employment type FULL TIME Key Responsibilities Job description for BD Associate Identify potential customers and enroll them as Club Deltin members based on the guidelines provided by the company. Maintain fruitful and cordial relationship with existing customers. Attending and coordinating their requirements and making sure their visit / stay is pleasant and memorable. Networking, identifying and qualifying new customers based on companys business model and guidelines. Obtain contact information of potential customers through existing customers, referrals, contacts etc. Initiate and build relationships with potential customers through phone, marketing mailer campaigns, in-person contacts, and presentations. Maintain a database of potential customers contact numbers and emails. Work closely with gaming & loyalty teams to deliver business services with high level of customer satisfaction. Assist in achieving targeted revenues from current and new customers. Attending trainings, conferences, meetings and business related events. Qualifications And Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent. Min 1 year of relevant experience. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to speak and write persuasively and clearly. They must be able to communicate with a wide range of people, including potential clients, colleagues, and superiors. Must be able to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth. Must be able to build and maintain relationships with potential clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders. Must be able to identify opportunities for growth and take action to pursue them. Must be comfortable using technology and software to gather and analyze data, create presentations and proposals, and communicate with others.,
