As a Business Development and R&D Associate at KDA Financial Services in Chandigarh, you will play a key role in engaging with potential partners, stakeholders, and industry leaders. Your responsibilities will involve identifying strategic growth opportunities for the company, conducting research and analyzing data in the M&A & fundraising domains, and collaborating closely with the leadership team to support R&D projects and initiatives. To excel in this role, you must possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is crucial. A background in Research and Development (R&D) within the finance & tech industry is preferred, along with analytical skills and a proactive attitude. Basic experience in research and data analysis, the ability to work both independently and within a team, and knowledge of financial analysis and reporting will be advantageous. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Tech, Finance) is required. This is a full-time on-site position with a work shift from 10 AM to 8 PM (Monday - Saturday) at our Chandigarh location.
