Job description - Interact with Architects, Project Managers, engineers, contractors, interior designers, etc -Build and maintain relationships with contacts - Visit prospect customers for new business - Develop full understanding of product - Conduct market research for lead creation and sales generation - Follow up regularly with client to assess customer satisfaction and to identify additional business opportunities - Travel to nearby districts as per requirements - Strive to achieve sales goals Work Experience: 1-5 years in marketing and sales related fields preferably in building raw materials industry Skills: - Strong Communication skills (English, Telugu, Hindi) - Ability to build strong customer relationships - Independent - Negotiating Skills - Persuasive - Outgoing - Extrovert Responsibilities and Duties - Travel upwards of 50 km a day. - Meet at least 6 different people a day. - Document all meetings and enter in excel sheet. - Meet sales targets. Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications - No education requirement. Just marketing experience is good enough for us. - Experience of building material related fields marketing and sales. - Knows at least two languages (Hindi, English, Telugu, ). - Has a bike.
