Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Business Coordinator / Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to our senior leadership team. This role requires a proactive,

detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple priorities, ensure smooth coordination across departments, and serve as a reliable point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of ownership, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

? Manage leadership calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments

? Organize and support internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.

? Draft, review, and organize documentation, presentations, and reports.

? Handle email correspondence and ensure prompt follow-up on key matters.

? Act as a liaison between leadership and teams, especially with field sales and cross-functional departments.

? Assist with travel arrangements, reimbursements, and other administrative tasks.

? Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

? Support leadership in managing special projects and business coordination activities.

? Be available to travel within Tamil Nadu as per business needs.


Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

? 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role (Executive Assistant, Business Coordinator, or equivalent)

? Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

? Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

? Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace.

? Ability to work independently and take initiative.

? Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

? High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
