Hiring for Business Central Functional/Technical Consultant Please share resume -shivani.gokhe@versatilecommerce.com Mandatory Skills - Microsoft Dynamics Nav | D365 Business Central Notice Period - Immediate Key Responsibilities: Manage External IT Partners: Oversee relationships with external IT partners, especially a Microsoft Partner. Ensure effective communication, collaboration, and goal alignment. Develop Systems, Policies, and Procedures: Design and implement strategies for IT systems, policies, and procedures to optimize organizational efficiency and productivity. Coordinate Software Releases and Upgrades: Work with technical teams and end-users to manage new software releases, bug fixes, and upgrades, ensuring minimal operational disruption. Support and Enhancement Requests: Review and prioritize support and enhancement requests based on business needs. Facilitate resolutions in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. Programming in AL, C/AL, & C/SIDE: Customize and develop functionalities within Dynamics NAV/BC using AL, C/AL, and C/SIDE programming languages. Oversee Technical Lifecycles: Manage the entire technical lifecycle of IT projects from conceptualization to implementation, including bespoke module development. Code Review and 3rd Line Support: Conduct code reviews and provide third-line support to ensure IT solution quality and reliability, addressing complex technical issues. Integrate Third-Party Solutions: Ensure seamless integration and interoperability between various IT systems and third-party solutions to enhance functionality and performance. Required Qualifications: Microsoft Dynamics NAV/D365 Business Central: Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or D365 Business Central. Implementation Experience: Proven experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. MS Dynamics NAV Background: Strong background in MS Dynamics NAV environments. C/SIDE and C/AL Proficiency: Expertise in C/SIDE and C/AL programming, particularly in pipeline configuration. SQL Knowledge (Desirable): Familiarity with SQL for database interactions and data-related tasks within Dynamics NAV/BC is beneficial but not mandatory. Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,
