Job Description
Responsibilities: Marketing Duties Promote Thangam Catering services to potential clients (weddings, events, corporates). Identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads from inquiries and referrals. Build and maintain client relationships to generate repeat business. Assist in creating marketing materials, handling social media updates, and basic digital promotion. Coordinate with event organizers and vendors for brand visibility. Supervisory Duties Oversee on-site catering operations during events to ensure smooth execution. Coordinate between kitchen, service staff, and logistics teams. Monitor the quality of service, food presentation, and customer satisfaction. Handle last-minute issues and resolve them professionally. Ensure timely setup, service, and closing of catering operations. Qualifications: Freshers with strong interpersonal skills and willingness to learn are welcome. Prior experience in marketing, hospitality, or event supervision is a plus. Strong communication and people-handling skills. Willing to travel locally for event supervision and client meetings. Basic knowledge of catering/event workflow is an advantage.
