The position of Assistant / Associate Professor / Professor in Business and Data Analytics requires a minimum of 8 to 10 years of teaching/research/industry experience, including 2 to 4 years post-Ph.D. The responsibilities include teaching, research, curriculum development, training, consultancy, and institutional development activities. For the role of Assistant Professor, candidates must hold a Masters degree in a relevant discipline with a minimum of 55% marks. Expertise in software like Python, SPSS, C++, R, Jamovi is necessary. A minimum of NET/SET/Ph.D. as per UGC norms is desirable. Strong academic background with teaching aptitude and/or research capability is required. For the role of Associate Professor, candidates must have a Ph.D. in the relevant discipline along with a minimum of 8 years of teaching/research/industry experience, including 2 years post-Ph.D. At least 5 research publications in refereed journals as per UGC/AICTE norms are expected. Expertise in software like Python, SPSS, C++, R, Jamovi is important. For the role of Professor, candidates should have a Ph.D. in a relevant field with consistently good academic records. A minimum of 10 years of teaching/research/industry experience is required, with at least 4 years at the level of Associate Professor or equivalent. A minimum of 10 publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-CARE listed journals, with significant contributions to the field, are essential. Candidates should have a proven track record of mentoring doctoral candidates, leadership in academic administration, and contributions to curriculum design and academic planning.
