Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst/ Pre-Sales Consultant Exp. Level- 3-5 years Location- Noida(On-site only) Joining time- immediate to 15 days Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic Salesforce Business Analyst /Pre-Sales Consultant to join our team. This hybrid role will require the candidate to bridge the gap between business requirements and Salesforce solutions while also supporting the sales team in the pre-sales process. Key Responsibilities: Analyze and document business requirements for Salesforce solutions and processes. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into functional specifications. Assist in the design and implementation of customized Salesforce solutions to meet business goals. Work closely with the sales team to provide technical support and pre-sales consultation. Conduct product demonstrations, and presentations, and assist in RFP responses. Support solution design and pricing strategies to help close sales. Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and trends to ensure best practices. Qualifications: Strong experience with Salesforce CRM and business analysis. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders. Previous experience in pre-sales, solution design, or similar roles is a plus.
