Life Asia/Group Asia Business Analyst Job Description The incumbent should be Subject Matter Expert (SME) in insurance domain especially insurance systems Life Asia/Group Asia Responsibilities Requirement gathering and creation of BRD/SRS/FRS Co-ordinate with various stakeholders including development team for requirement elicitation, requirement documentation, testing, development, sign offs etc. Well verse with Life Asia and Group Asia and to prepare detailed gap analysis, post requirement gathering Oversee and test new changes in Life Asia/Group Asia application. Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements; forming project team; establishing project budget Provide solutions and design with the help of development team for Life Asia/Group Asia application to achieve delivery excellence. Complete the assigned deliverables on time with high quality adhering to application development standards and release management procedures. Analyze root cause, assess impact and provide solution and recovery including data correction. Conduct internal training and knowledge sharing with peers regularly. Qualification/Experience Essential: A recognized degree in computer science, information technology or equivalent. At least three years experience in insurance domain especially Life Asia/Group Asia as a Business Analyst/ Sr. Business Analyst Desirable: Insurance certifications like III or LOMA. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Technical skills: Applications Life Asia, Group Asia, CRM Operating System - OS/400, Windows * Preferred Profile & Experience: Around 3+years of experience in working on projects in Core Policy Admin systems for Life Insurance industry o Life/Asia experience preferred Working experience on various types of Life Insurance products such as Term, ULIP, Savings, Whole life, Pension etc Skilled in Requirement Documentation & Gap analysis,
