Job Description Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and processes. Conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies to identify opportunities for process improvements and technology enhancements. Develop detailed functional specifications, user stories, and use cases to communicate requirements effectively to development teams. Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings with stakeholders to elicit and prioritize requirements. Create process maps and workflows to visualize and communicate current and future state processes. Assist in the testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet business needs and requirements. Act as a liaison between business units and IT to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables. Provide support in change management and user training to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems. Analyze data to identify trends, provide insights, and support decision-making processes. Maintain documentation throughout the project lifecycle and ensure all stakeholders are updated on progress and changes. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams. Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, and SQL. Experience in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus. Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards relevant to the organization. Preferred Skills Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is a plus. Experience in project management or familiarity with project management methodologies.
