Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain MIS reports and dashboards to track business performance. Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities. Collaborate with various teams to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting. Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call resolution time, average handling time (AHT), and customer satisfaction scores (CSAT). Support forecasting, staffing, and capacity planning through data analysis. Provide actionable insights to improve process efficiencies and agent productivity. Develop automated reporting tools for improved data accessibility. Ensure data integrity and implement proper validation checks. Assist in creating business strategies based on data-driven insights. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. Proven experience as an MIS Analyst or Business Analyst in a BPO environment. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R. Experience with reporting tools like Power BI, or Google Data Studio. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills to convey insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with call center software Experience in predictive analytics and trend forecasting. Knowledge of customer journey mapping and sentiment analysis.
