Position: Sales Officer Location: Erode, Tamil Nadu Job Description: As a Sales Officer, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers. Your role will be to drive sales, build lasting relationships with clients, and provide them with the best insurance solutions to meet their financial goals. Key Responsibilities: Actively seek out new customers and generate leads through various channels. Present and sell company products to new and existing clients. Understand customer needs and advise them on the most suitable insurance policies. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain excellent relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and providing support for policy renewals and claims. Stay updated with market trends and company products. Who We Are Looking For: We are looking for both freshers and experienced professionals. Requirements: Education: Minimum 12th pass. Graduates (any stream) are preferred. Experience: 0-5 years of experience in sales. Experience in the insurance or financial services sector is a plus but not mandatory. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and convincing abilities. A customer-centric approach. Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude. Must-Have: A two-wheeler is required for travel within the city.
