Job Summary:* We're looking for a highly motivated and skilled sales professional to generate new business opportunities, build relationships with customers, and drive sales growth for our rental based ainting services. Responsibilities:* 1. Generate new leads and follow up on existingicustomers 2. Conduct site visits and assessments to provide customized painting solutions 3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers like hotels, cafes, restaurants, bars etc categories 4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities 5. Negotiate and close sales deals 6. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets* 7. Develop and maintain knowledge of competitors, market trends, and industry developments 8. Collaborate with operations team to ensure smooth rental based roject plan execution 9. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts 10. Stay up-to-date with company products and services Requirements:* 1. 2+ years of sales experience in the painting sailing/any other products saling industry 2. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets 3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 5. Valid driver's license (if applicable) 6. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field 7. Communication proficiency 8.
