Job Summary: Rider (Broadband Installation Technician) will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of broadband internet services for customers. The role involves working with fiber optic, cable, ensuring the setup is properly configured, and providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Install broadband hardware, such as routers. Set up and configure customer broadband services according to company guidelines. Connect the customers premises to the network infrastructure, ensuring high-speed and reliable connections. Identify and resolve technical issues related to broadband connectivity, equipment, and network problems. Conduct regular maintenance to ensure continuous service quality. Test broadband connections and ensure proper signal strength and speed. Perform diagnostics and repairs on faulty installations or malfunctioning hardware. Other Requirements: Valid drivers license. Flexibility in working hours, as broadband installations may be scheduled outside of regular office hours. Make sure candidate should have bike or scooty. Working Conditions: Full-time position, with occasional evening and weekend work required based on customer availability. Work is mostly field-based, traveling to customer locations for installations and repairs.
