Brand Designer Identity & Packaging Design Orange Tribe is a branding and packaging design studio on a mission to build consumer-first brands that challenge norms. We craft strategic identities that help brands connect, stand out, and thrive in competitive markets. Role Overview Were looking for an experienced Brand Designer to lead branding and packaging projectsfrom strategy to execution. This remote, full-time role requires a strong design sense, strategic thinking, and the ability to craft compelling brand stories through visuals. Key Responsibilities Develop brand identities and packaging designs that align with strategy and market insights. Design logos, packaging, and brand presentations with high aesthetic and strategic value. Worked with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma to deliver polished, high-quality work. Leverage AI tools like MidJourney and Adobe Firefly to enhance creative output. Collaborate with the team to ensure designs meet both creative and business goals. Requirements Proven experience in branding and packaging design with a strong portfolio. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma (mandatory). Strong skills in typography, visual storytelling, and design research. Ability to think both creatively and strategically in solving design challenges. Effective communication and collaboration skills in a remote work environment.
