Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for sales and team development Were hiring a Branch Relationship Manager to lead and grow a high-performing advisory team focused on delivering exceptional customer service and achieving revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales executives.
• Drive sales productivity and exceed premium & revenue targets.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and field visits.
• Ensure adherence to compliance, customer service, and need-based selling.
• Manage leads and convert them into successful customer relationships.
• Engage directly with customers for service, queries, and retention.

Success Metrics:

• Achievement of sales targets and product mix.
• Team performance against productivity benchmarks.
• Portfolio persistency and customer retention.
• Timely reporting and process compliance.

Desired Profile:

• Graduate (MBA preferred).
• 5 years of experience in Team Handling.
• 8 Years of experience in LI
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Local market understanding and customer focus.
