Job Description
You should possess a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Sales & Execution within the Construction Industry, MEP Contractors or Electrical Contractors. Your responsibilities will include implementing sales technology, brand building, managing the sales process, and utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools effectively. It is important to have strong communication skills, both written and oral, in the local language as well as English. A key part of your role will involve creating sales forecasts, understanding customer requirements through site assessments and surveys, and building relationships with clients, electrical consultants, and architects. Furthermore, you should have a good understanding of the geographical landscape of Hyderabad and be willing to travel for client meetings. In addition, you must have the ability to develop an in-house execution team and manage sub-contractors effectively to ensure successful project delivery. Your expertise in site assessment and surveying will be crucial in understanding and meeting customer needs accurately.,
