Job Description
Work Responsibilities :
· Oversee end-to-end clinic operations (staff, systems, SOP compliance).
· Ensure patient flow, clinic hygiene, staff attendance, and discipline.
· Coordinate with all department heads and handle escalation issues.
· Implement strategies to improve efficiency and cost optimization.
· Monitor branch-wise performance and daily report submission.
