Job Description
You are seeking a Branch Manager for our location in Thiruvananthapuram. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Gold Loan and possess strong leadership and organizational skills. Your responsibilities will include driving business growth and sales, achieving monthly targets, improving the overall business of the company, managing customer relationships, and providing excellent customer service. You will be responsible for overseeing branch objectives and branch supervision. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance, life insurance, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day with fixed shifts. In addition to your salary, you will be eligible for performance bonuses and yearly bonuses.
