Job Description
As the Branch Operations Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the daily activities to ensure the smooth functioning of the branch. You will lead a team of staff by recruiting, training, and supervising them, while conducting performance evaluations and providing necessary coaching for their development. Your role will also involve developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets, expand the client base, and maintain high levels of customer service to ensure client satisfaction. In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with immigration laws and company policies, overseeing accurate documentation processes, and monitoring branch budgets to control expenses and work towards profitability. You will also prepare regular reports on branch performance, conduct market analysis to stay informed about trends, and collaborate with other departments for cohesive operations. Furthermore, your involvement in community engagement activities, such as participating in local events, will enhance the branch's visibility and reputation. This is a full-time position that requires a Bachelor's degree, and a preferred experience of 4 years in VISAS IMMIGRATION. The work location is in person, and the expected start date is 01/08/2025.
