Job Description
We are seeking an accomplished Branch Head with significant experience in overseas educational consultancies and management. As a Branch Head, you will lead and motivate the team to achieve goals and targets while maintaining high morale. Your role will involve providing industry knowledge, supporting the team, conducting staff training, and managing day-to-day operations to ensure students receive complete support throughout their educational journey. Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily branch operations, fostering positive relationships within the team, conducting training sessions, counseling students, and closing new leads. Additionally, you will handle high-level queries, provide guidance on documentation processes, and arrange internal student interviews. To qualify for this role, you must hold a Bachelor's degree, possess 3-5 years of relevant experience, and have expertise in at least three markets such as UK, US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or Europe. Experience in managing a team of 6 or more, strong organization and time management skills, and excellent English and Malayalam communication abilities are essential. This is a full-time position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, and the work schedule is day shift. The role requires in-person work at the designated location.,
