Job Description
As a Branch Manager, you will oversee all aspects of showroom operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, managing inventory, and leading a high-performing team to uphold the brand's standards. Lead and supervise showroom staff to meet and exceed sales targets. Ensure exemplary customer service standards are maintained at all times. Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures. Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stock shortages or overages. Train and develop staff in product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively. Oversee financial activities such as budgeting, forecasting, and daily reconciliations. Implement marketing strategies and promotional activities to drive foot traffic and sales. Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the showroom's appearance. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and manage store security. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of retail management experience. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a retail team. Strong understanding of jewellery products and trends. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
