Your role will encompass business development, operations management, quality appraisal, recovery, training, staff management, and collection within your branch. It will be essential for you to ensure compliance with audit observations in order to maintain the branch's standards. To be eligible for this position, you should hold a minimum qualification of being a graduate or above. Additionally, you must have a minimum of 4 years of experience in the Microfinance Institution (MFI) sector. This role is open for locations across Jharkhand. A valid driving license and ownership of a two-wheeler are mandatory requirements for this role.
