Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced and dynamic Branch Head for a reputed Small Finance Bank in Kolkata. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in MFI operations, team handling, or field collections/sales management.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all branch operations and staff

Drive business growth through effective planning and execution

Monitor loan disbursements and recovery processes

Handle customer relations and ensure high service standards

Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies

Build, train, and motivate the branch team

Requirements:
