Job Description

You will be responsible for sourcing new premises as required by the business, as well as managing the renewal or shifting of premises. You will also be in charge of maintaining detailed records of all assets and stationery stock at each branch. Your role will involve coordinating branch activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 4 years of experience in Banks/SFBs/NBFCs. A Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) is required. Knowledge of dealing with vendors and premises owners will be an added advantage.,
