Ienergizer Noida is currently seeking individuals for the Go Magenta US Telecom Blended Process, involving 70% chat and 30% voice interactions. This opportunity is open to any graduate or undergraduate who possesses a minimum of 6 months of experience in international chat/email or blended processes, and has strong communication and written skills. The work schedule consists of 5 days a week with rotational shifts and offs. Please note that there is no cab facility provided for this position. This is an in-office role.
