Job Description
Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle inquiries.
Generate leads and follow up with prospects.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
Strong communication skills in Hindi, Gujarati & Basic English.
Basic computer knowledge for data entry and CRM usage.
Ability to handle customer queries patiently and professionally.
Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills.
Provide product/service information and assist customers effectively.
Meet and exceed daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
