You will be joining a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) International company that provides outsourcing services globally. The main objective is to assist businesses in optimizing operations, reducing expenses, and concentrating on core competencies by delegating non-core tasks. The services offered by BPO International include Customer Support, Technical Support, Telemarketing & Sales, Human Resources Outsourcing, IT and Software Solutions, and Supply Chain Management. These services involve handling customer inquiries, providing IT troubleshooting, managing recruitment processes, software development, logistics, and inventory management to enhance efficiency.
