As a Customer Service Representative, your main responsibility will be to answer or make calls to clients in order to understand and resolve their needs, complaints, or any other issues they may have with products or services. You will need to respond efficiently and accurately to callers, providing them with possible solutions and ensuring that they feel supported and valued. Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information, and de-escalating situations with angry clients will also be part of your role. Building strong and lasting relationships with clients and other team members in the call center, based on trust and reliability, will be essential for success.
