The Bodyshop In-Charge will oversee daily operations in the auto body repair shop, manage staff and workflow, ensure quality control, handle customer inquiries, and maintain safety and compliance standards. Responsibilities also include inventory management, coordination with insurance companies, and training and development of team members. Qualifications Experience in auto body repair, with skills in denting, painting, and refinishing Strong leadership and team management skills Knowledge of inventory management and ordering processes Customer service and communication skills Understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards Ability to handle coordination with insurance companies and other stakeholders Experience in maintaining and operating bodyshop equipment High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification is a plus,
