The Bodyshop Advisor role involves welcoming customers, evaluating vehicle damage, and providing repair cost estimates. You will be responsible for facilitating communication between customers and technicians, overseeing repair schedules, and ensuring customer satisfaction. To excel in this role, you should have experience in customer service and estimating vehicle repairs. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with others are essential. A basic understanding of vehicle mechanics and repair procedures is required, along with exceptional attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. As a Bodyshop Advisor, you will need to work autonomously, prioritize assignments efficiently, and adhere to deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer software is necessary for this position. A Degree, Diploma, or ITI in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering is mandatory to be considered for this role.
