Job Description
The role requires assuming the lead technical position on Building Management System (BMS) projects, which involves engineering BMS Systems, commissioning of BMS Systems, demonstrating and handing over BMS Systems, liaising with clients and consultants, and project cost control. The ideal candidate should possess excellent working knowledge of BMS electrical and instrumentation systems, as well as HVAC systems. Knowledge of Honeywell BMS is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages is necessary, along with excellent communication and time management skills. The candidate should also have experience in project work and commissioning, and be capable of leading a team effectively. Individuals with operational and maintenance background are not suitable for this position. This is a full-time job with a morning shift schedule. The candidate should have at least 1 year of relevant work experience. The work location is on-site.,
